NUTRITIONAL ALERT
Metabolic Typing-What constitutes a healthy diet for some people is
a formula of disaster for others.
We have awakened to the realization that modern medical science has
no “Magic Bullet” solutions for the majority of human ailments. We know
good health and longevity are linked to diet and lifestyle management.
So if we want to remain free of pain, illness, excess weight, and enjoy
high levels of health and well being, we need to pursue the right dietary
and nutritional regimen.
The problem with this goal is contradictory information about what constitutes
a health diet and a one-size-fits-all dietary solution
We are all different in the way our bodies process foods and utilize
nutrients. We each have highly individualized nutritional requirements.
Our dietary needs are determined by ancestral heritage.
Individualized Metabolic Typing is available at The Nest’s Health and
Wellness Center. You will be asked to complete an extensive questionnaire
in addition to a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. The Nest Wellness
center will analyze 9 fundamental Homeostatic Controls and make appropriate
metabolic Type diet, Metabolic Type supplementation, Exercise, lifestyle
recommendations and crucial detoxification.
Our body constantly defines its own individuality and gives expression
to its imbalances. The combination of mental, behavioral, and physical
and diet related characteristics displayed by the body offer a road map
for the individual prescription for optimal health.
The human body is designed to be healthy. By furnishing the body
with the right fuel for energy conversion and cellular rejuvenation, YOU
can have optimal health.
A patient history, lifestyle survey and testing determine an individual
metabolic type.
Dependent upon the test results, and individual counseling, Dr. Andrea
Neri will recommend a custom-made personal treatment plan. This will
include a supplement regime, detoxification, nutritional counseling and
follow up visits.
